Quality is part of our work ethic. Therefore, LexicoTecnia avoids assembly line processes. Though it trusts the modern structure, it bases it on a traditional "workshop" concept.

The basic premises which govern our quality control standards are the following:

• A rigorous selection of licensed professionals with experience in the area for which they have been selected. For instance, our translators are native speakers of the target language of the translations they are assigned to.
• All production processes, even if they are small projects, are supervised by an area coordinator. This enables us to guarantee uniformity of the final product and improve quality.
• A rigorous structure of internal operations
• Implementation of procedures which are compatible with ISO standards
• Follow-up of quality and coherence of style in projects wherein multiple translators or professionals from different areas are participating
• Use of customized forms for sampling of the current project
• Application of our own style manuals as well as specific ones according to the client
• Continuous customer service in order to foster communication and respond to the client's expectations
